'California's Crêpe' has been a dream decades in the making. Having to help his family since childhood, Pedro was forced to teach himself math, reading, writing, and English. He learned business savvy from acquiring all he could from the jobs he took as a teenager and into adulthood.
Now with his two companions and business partners, 'California's Crêpe' is a landmark of doing what you love and sharing it with others. Every dish served is a testimony to hard work, perseverance, and passion.
